Return window: you have 14 days from the date you receive your package to contact us if you wish to return a product.
Conditions: products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unassembled, in a condition suitable for resale.
Defective or damaged products: if you receive a defective, incomplete, or damaged product due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Procedure: to start a return, contact our customer service via our Contact page, including your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds: once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs: return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of our error or a defective product.
